PE Fit Programs are designed to help students realize the connection between diet, activity level, physical fitness and health. Often students express concerns about health issues, dissatisfaction with their body,and poor athletic and academic performance. Generally, students do not realize how their daily habits influence all of these areas.
PE Fits mission is to educate students about the importance of exercise and a healthy diet and to motivate them in creative ways to get moving! PE FIT Schools and Students have experienced improvements in their fitness levels, motivation to exercise, eating habits, understanding of health related fitness concepts, academic & athletic performance, body-image, self-esteem and general lifestyle habits.

PE Fit’s Goal is to provide teachers with tools to help students embrace a healthy lifestyle by achieving a health-enhancing level of physical fitness and adopting a healthy diet.
In order to merge 21st Century Learning with physical fitness and to simplify our program for teachers, PE Fit has moved to an online platform! Of course, moving to the online world also piques the interest of the students who participate in the class. The ultimate goal for the program is to have the teacher using the PE Fit GET FIT Online Program as part of their high school fitness curriculum.
